Sales Coordinator

Role Overview 

The Sales Coordinator acts as the operational backbone of the sales team, ensuring smooth execution of sales processes, managing client communications, and supporting reporting and logistics. This role bridges the gap between sales strategy and execution, enabling the team to focus on closing deals. 

 

Key Responsibilities 

  • Coordinate and track sales orders, invoices, and delivery schedules 
  • Maintain CRM systems and ensure accurate data entry for leads and clients 
  • Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and performance dashboards 
  • Liaise with suppliers, logistics, and finance to ensure timely fulfillment 
  • Support the sales team with proposals, presentations, and client follow-ups 
  • Handle inbound inquiries and route them to appropriate sales reps 
  • Monitor inventory levels and assist with stock planning 
  • Assist in organizing promotional campaigns and events 

 

Skills & Qualifications 

  • Diploma or degree in Business Administration, Sales, or related field 
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities 
  • Proficiency in CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) and Microsoft Office 
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills 
  • Attention to detail and a proactive mindset 
  • Experience in sales support or coordination preferred
