Sales Executive

Role Overview 

The Sales Executive is responsible for driving revenue growth by identifying new business opportunities, nurturing client relationships, and closing sales deals. This role requires a proactive, results-driven individual with strong communication and negotiation skills. 

 

Key Responsibilities 

  • Identify and pursue new sales leads through cold calling, networking, and referrals 
  • Present, promote, and sell products/services to prospective customers 
  • Conduct client meetings, product demos, and negotiations 
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients 
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets 
  • Prepare and submit accurate sales reports and forecasts 
  • Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align sales strategies 
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market shifts 

 

Skills & Qualifications 

  • Proven experience in sales, preferably in [Technology] environments 
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills 
  • Strong negotiation and closing abilities 
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team 
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite 
  • Matric certificate required; diploma or degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred
